University of Calgary Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources (OB/HR) Haskayne School of Business

Take your learning into your organization! This month, you can access a free workplace assessment, available as part of an ongoing research project by management researchers at the University of Calgary. The assessment provides an opportunity to learn more about the unique strengths you bring to your organization. The value of this assessment, hosted on the Hcap Analytics platform, comes from the opportunity to have a co-worker complete the assessment about you as well, so you can gather their candid feedback and benefit from further insights into your impact on others.  


Participants to receive free access to this tool and the platform that houses it (along with all the developmental activities) for a limited time.
